it all depends on the vendor you have made your purchase from. when the return period is over the cash will become available at which time you can request the cash, and we process the cash backs on the 15th and the 30th of each month

we process the cash requests on the 15th and the 30th of each month. and depending on the method you wanted to receive your cash it should be within days of the 15th or the 30th.

I am just worried because some of my cash back has been pending for over 4 months. Is that normal?

Four Months does not sound right. who is the partner and what is the date of the purchase.

This site is continuously giving me trouble about logging on and shopping. I have recently received an e-mail that I have cash to be redeemed but when I go through the process it is telling me that I have no cash-back. How do I deal with this?

I have money pending, it has been pending for several months, and I still can't request a payment. I'm getting fed up with this. Someone help me please.

the cash will become available after the return and payout period from the vendor to studentrate. just send me an email with the vendor name and the purchase date and i will look into it.
